Alisha Gerhart, of Womelsdorf, Pa., a junior at Millersville University of Pennsylvania, recently received third place at the annual Technology and Engineering Education Collegiate Association (TEECA) Eastern Regional Conference. Gerhart was awarded in the category of elementary design.
The TEECA chapter at Millersville University received a total of seven awards at the TEECA Eastern Regional Conference, which was held in Virginia Beach from November 11 - 13. Millersville University's chapter, represented by 29 members and two faculty advisors, competed in nine events. Additional opportunities at this conference included a job fair, where students could speak with recruiters, a banquet and many chances to engage with peers and network with college faculty.
