Bri Piccari Recognized for Excellence in Interactive Design

2014 Sep 8

Bri Piccari of Dresher, Pa. has been acknowledged at the 2014 Above the Fold Awards, which recognizes excellence in student digital design work.

The categories outlined in the national competition include App design, Web site design and Motion Design and Animation. Professor James Pannafino, associate professor in interactive and graphic design; Professor Jeri Robinson, professor in interactive and graphic design; and Professor Nancy Mata, associate professor in interactive and graphic design, oversaw these projects.

"I think it's an honor and a good representation of the students," said Mata.

"This is a nationwide competition, and we, a liberal arts school, went against art and design schools," said Pannafino. Out of the 25 projects recognized in the awards, eight projects were from Millersville students.
