Max Shirey Selected to Serve on Millersville University Homecoming Court

Max Shirey, of Pottsville, Pa., was selected to serve on the 2013 Millersville University of Pennsylvania homecoming court. Shirey is currently a senior at Millersville University studying early childhood education.

The court was selected by a panel of judges based on academic excellence, leadership, community service, philanthropy and school pride.

Millersville University celebrated its homecoming weekend with a number of events from Friday, October 25, to Saturday, October 26. The homecoming court was escorted by Millersville University president Dr. John Anderson during the homecoming parade and the king and queen were crowned during halftime of the homecoming football game.
