Millersville Senior Tevon Kerr-Hornbaker to serve as PA House Legislative Fellow

Senior Tevon Kerr-Hornbaker will spend his final semester serving as a Pennsylvania House of Representatives Legislative Fellow. This 13-week program, housed in the Pennsylvania Capitol, places undergraduate juniors, seniors, graduate students, and law school students attending Pennsylvania colleges or universities in the offices of Committee Chairmen or House Leaders. Fellows attend hearings, committee meetings, workshops, and Legislative session. They draft bill analyses, work on constituent services, and conduct policy research, and they develop, research, and present their own original piece of legislation at the end of the fellowship.
